Best of five frames for the initial rounds including the Pre Quarter Finals, Quarters and Semis would be best of seven frames and Finals would be best of nine

 

PRELIMINARY ROUNDS – INCL. PRE-QTR FINALS

Frames

1st:       15-red snooker (compulsory) (three foul-and-miss rule)

Toss to decide (choice between 6-red snooker OR best of 11 blue ball pots from ‘D’ area – any pocket)

If 6-red was played in 2nd set, then blue-ball shoot outs to be played in third set,    or vice versa

4th:       Best of seven black-ball games (compulsory)

Toss again: winner to decide between best of 11 blue pots OR best of 7 black ball games.

 

QTR FINALS AND SEMI FINALS:

Frames:

1st:       15-red snooker (compulsory) (three foul-and-miss rule)

2nd:       6-red snooker (compulsory) (no foul-and miss)

3rd:       Best of 13 blue ball shoot out (compulsory)

4th:       Best of 9 black ball games (compulsory)

5th:       Toss – Winner to choose from 6-red or blue ball shoot-out (best of 13)

6th:       If 6-red was played in the earlier frame, then blue ball shoot out or vice versa

7th:       Best of 9 black ball games (compulsory)

 

GRAND FINALE:

1st:       15-red snooker (compulsory)

2nd:       6-red snooker (compulsory)

3rd:       Best of 15 blue ball shoot out (compulsory)

4th:       Best of 11 black ball games (compulsory)

5th:       Toss – Winner to choose from 6-red or blue ball shoot-out (best of 15)

6th:       If 6-red was played in the earlier frame, then blue ball shoot out or vice versa

7th:       Toss – Winner to choose from 15-red or 6-red snooker

8th:       If 15 red was played in previous frame then 6-red, or vice versa

9th:       Best of 5 Black-ball games
