The Executive Director of ONGC Mr. Vijay Prakash inaugurated the 17th PSPB Inter Unit Billiards and Snooker Tournament for the year 2021-22 here at the Clube Tennis de Gasper Dias in Goa.
Joint Secretary PSPB Mr. Gautam Vadhera, President of Billiards and Snooker Association of Goa Mr. Sunil Morajkar and Hon. Secretary of Clube Tennis de Gasper Dias, Mr. Edwin De-Menezes also joined him at the ceremony.
Mr. Vijay Prakash was welcomed by 32 international medals winner Pankaj Advani. Mr. Prakash congratulated the players for their past achievements and wished them the best for this tournament.
He announced the tournament open by playing the opening shot.
