RULES & REGULATIONS
1. The
tournament shall be conducted in two stages. First shall be
League Qualifiers, second Knockout Main Draw.
2. All
matches shall be best of 5 frames
3. The two
players from each group shall play the Knockout round.
4. No
accommodation will be provided.
5. No
entries shall be accepted after Oct. 8th, 2012.
6. The
tournament committee has the right to change.
i) the
playing table of any match if the need is there. No objections
shall be entertained.
ii) the
playing time of any match if the need is there. No objections
shall be entertained
7) All the
rules of fifteen red snooker shall be applicable
8) Dress
code shall be semi formal: Formal pants, Single colored shirt or
collared T-Shirts and formal shoes. Any deviation shall be
automatic walkover.
9) No “No
Value” matches will be played.
10) NEW
RULE:- In a “all ball draw” situation NO fouls and a miss will
be given.
11) Delay
from 1 to 15 Minutes—1 frame penalty; 15 to 30 Minutes--- 2
frame penalty; + 30 minutes--- Walkover.
12) The
clock of the venue shall be considered the correct time.
13) No match
shall continue past its allotted time. In cases where the match
is stopped, it shall continue either when free time is available
on Table 1 or 2 OR the match may continue on Table 3 (The
Academy)
