Mirchandani, Singh, Habib enters quarter final

 

Top seeded Rafat Habib of Tamilnadu, 18th seeded Harish Mirchandani of Mumbai and 12th seeded Pushapendar Singh of Delhi scored easy wins to enter the quarter final round at the 4th edition of the “Poona Club -Manisha Open and Invitational Snooker Championship 2009”in collaboration with Manisha Construction being organized at the Poona Club tables.

 

In the Pre-Quarter round matches played today Rafat Habib easily put out 30th seeded Rahul Padhye of Pradhikaran Youth Forum 87(83)-00, 103(43)-06, 64-76, 78(51)-00 while 12th seeded Pushpinder Singh of Delhi upset 6th seeded Divya Shrma 70-33, 24-55, 47-56, 74(63)-11, 54-46 to enter in the next round.

 

In another match 18th seeded Harish Mirchandani of Mumbai upset 10th seeded Rushabh Jain of Dadar 58-18, 61-38, 44-65, 64-31 to make it to next round.
