Aditya Mehta – Brijesh Damani to vie for World Cup 2017
Former
Asian Champion and India’s
lone Pro player Aditya Mehta and World Team Championship’s Bronze
Medallist Brijesh Damani is representing India in the upnext World
Cup 2017. The event is scheduled from 3rd till 9th July at Wuxi,
China with the opening ceremony on Sunday, the 2nd July 2017.
Total 24
teams are placed in four groups for round-robin and top two teams
from each group will qualify for quarter final stage.
India is
placed in Group D alongwith second seed Scotland, seventh seed
Northern Ireland, Cyprus, Thailand and Israel.
Mehta and
Damani has to go thru following format in Knockout stage:
