In order to
betterment all Philippine players’ interest and welfare APBU hereby
declare its recognition of the legitimate leadership, and therefore
certify that both Billiards and Snooker Congress of the Philippines
(BSCP) are members of APBU temporarily – until a final verdict
regarding the legitimate leadership of BSCP is decided by the
Philippine Court.
