Coaching Camp :: Last Day
DBSA's
Coaching Camp comes to an end with
Subhash Agarwal, National Chief Coach
being hopeful that there is lot of talent in Delhi needs to be
nurtured and H.S. Bhogal, Delhi Coach focused on budding cueists.
Mukesh Rehani, National Coach stressed for infrastructure and for
foreign coach in Pool for fine tuning. Sanjay Sawant, National Coach
from Mumbai seen to have finished and wants to stay back for more
coaching. He so much impressed with the environment and enthusiasm
of the cueists that he wished that such coaching camps should be
held quarterly in all major centers.
DBSA
President, Bhupinder Berry thanked all the coaches who gave their
valuable time. All the coaches thanked Sardar Amarjit Singh,
Organizing Secretary of DBSA Coaching Camp for holding the camp and
for the wonderful hospitality, stay and media (electronic/print)
coverage.

Coaching Camp :: Day
6
On
Day 6, another national coach Sanjay Sawant joined DBSA Coaching
Camp. He was being welcomed by DBSA Officials and campers. He
delivered tips on initial Break shots, given players line
practice and last color ball clearance in snooker. Subhash Agarwal, National Chief Coach
carry forward his coaching sessions with various difficult billiards
shots, and Mukesh Rehani, National Coach
continues with pool table about jump shots and safety on board.
Sessions
were so exciting, the media persons and journalists failed to resist
themselves from holding the cue and hitting the shots. few of them
ask coaches and players how to deliver the shots and tried them on
the table to experience something great.

Coaching Camp :: Day 5
Proceedings of Day 5 started with Yoga and PT exercise with young
kids and other players. Thereafter Subhash Agarwal, National Chief Coach
gave clearer vision about long in-offs, long jennies, stun shots and
firm tips for cue ball control, while Mukesh Rehani, National Coach
continues with pool table about first break shot.

Coaching Camp :: Day 4
Proceedings of Day 4 started with matches between groups of Camp
participants under the observation of Subhash Agarwal, National Chief Coach;
and Mukesh Rehani, National Coach. Chief National Coach corrected
certain players in their various game related problems. Thereafter,
Mukesh Rehani, National Coach taken care of budding cueists on Pool
table to familiarise them with the difference of ball size, table
size and playing techniques, and Chief National Coach Subhash
Agarwal imparted tips on Billiards viz. long in-offs and top-table
techniques.

Coaching Camp :: Day 3
Shri
Subhash Agarwal, National Chief Coach, reached Delhi direct from
Taiwan. He participated in a 'Question-Hour' session and also gave
few tips. He was welcomed by Delhi Billiards & Snooker Association
officials and the players.

Coaching Camp :: Day 2
Today,
Former World Champion, Manoj Kothari gave scientific coaching to the
budding cueists. He also delivered a lecture for the cueists,
regarding stance, holding the cue, movement of balls, and how to
play under stress.
He was
assisted by Mukesh Rehani and H.S. Bhogal

Coaching Camp Inaugurated by Secretary BSFI, Shri C. Kapur
4th
Coaching Camp for the budding cueists inaugurated by Shri C. Kapur,
the Secretary BSFI today in New Delhi. The camp is organized by Delhi Billiards & Snooker
Association (DBSA) from
19th May 2007 to 26th May
2007 at DBSA
Office, B-108, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 110 017.

Coaching Camp in the Capital of the Country
4th
Coaching Camp for the budding cueists will be held in the capital of
the nation, i.e. New Delhi being organized by Delhi Billiards &
Snooker Association (DBSA) from
19th May 2007 to 26th May
2007 at DBSA
Office, B-108, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 110 017.
This camp is being held under the BSFI's
Programme
“Catch’em young".
Chief
National Coach,
Subhash Agarwal
will be supervising the camp and impart coaching to the young
cueists upto 17 years of age. He will be assisted by
Mukesh Rehani,
the National Coach, and
H.S. Bhogal,
the DBSA's Coach.
Players from
Northern Region
(from J&K to Lucknow) are expected to
participate for betterment of their skills.
